BICYCLE
There is a marked cycling trail going from the hiking trail fork
by the Pietro Tomasso pizzeria in village Malá Skála to the castle.
Bicycle parking can be found in the courtyard inside the castle
(bicycle padlock can be provided for a deposit).
TRAIN
Take the train (find schedule on www.jizdnirady.cz) to the “Malá
Skála” station – route No. 030, then follow the green-marked hiking
trail from the station, going through the village and using a
footbridge to cross the Jizera river. From the hiking trail fork
by the Pietro Tomasso pizzeria, continue up to the castle along
the red-marked trail in the direction of Vranov-Pantheon.
BUS
Take the bus (find schedule on www.jizdnirady.cz) to Malá Skála.
Long-distance buses stop at the “Malá Skála – Vranové, U mlýna”
bus stop. Proceed from the stop down the sidewalk along the main
road leading to Harrachov to get to the hiking trail fork at the
Pietro Tomasso pizzeria. From there, walk up to the castle, following
the red hiking trail in the direction of Vranov-Pantheon.
Local buses stop at the “Malá Skála, na Labi” bus stop situated
right at the hiking trail fork. From there, walk up to the castle
along the red-marked trail in the direction of Vranov-Pantheon.
CAR
Follow the road E65 (R10) from Prague / Turnov to Malá Skála.
Park your car at a guarded parking adjacent to the gas station.
From there, walk up the red-marked hiking trail in the direction
of Vranov-Pantheon.
